Therapy services are paid for privately.  Many workplace insurance plans and health spending accounts cover Occupational Therapy so check your specific plan for coverage.  Fees may be tax deductible under medical expenses by Revenue Canada.  Fees are paid at each session by e-transfer.  Receipts are provided after sessions to be used for reimbursements and deductions.
